围绕肠道微生物代谢与宿主健康开展研究,重点解析胆汁酸水解酶水解与再共轭活性平衡及其对肠道炎症的影响,构建肠道菌群体外培养与功能评价体系,并结合蛋白语言模型、机器学习和实验验证开展食源性功能多肽开发。以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在Nature CommunicationsFood Research InternationalFood Chemistry等期刊发表论文,参与发表于NatureCancer Cell等期刊的合作研究。
